  • Administrative Leadership: Ensure smooth administrative functioning of Schools, the College, and APSACS Secretariat; work under the Director as head of admin staff and Class-IV employees.
  • Maintenance & Upkeep: Oversee minor/routine maintenance of buildings, furniture, solar systems, gadgets, and transport; maintain vehicle and generator logbooks and fuel consumption records.
  • Annual Demands & Supplies: Arrange APSACS annual store demands (science lab equipment, Class-IV uniforms, plantation), and monthly sanitation requirements.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Check general cleanliness/maintenance of classrooms, labs, lavatory blocks, toilets, and overall area of responsibility.
  • Asset Security: Ensure safe custody of all material assets across schools.
  • Stocktaking & Surveys: Organize annual stocktaking and surveys of stores, equipment, gadgets, and furniture.
  • Utilities & Solar: Regulate and process all utility bills; ensure efficient functioning of solar systems.
  • Staff Discipline & Hiring: Maintain discipline of admin staff; initiate recruitment/enrolment as per requirements.
  • Disposals & Condemnations: Recommend and process disposal/condemnation of items in line with SOP.
  • Property Records: Ensure property ledgers for all institutions are accurate and up to date.
  • VIP Protocol & Events: Act as APSACS Secretariat coordinator for VIP visits, official functions/events, and boarding/lodging of official guests.
  • Student Participation & Transport: Coordinate availability of students and transport to venues within the cantonment for National Days and official activities.
  • Health & Safety Support: Ensure proper functioning of day care and first-aid stations; coordinate medical evacuation of students/staff when required.
  • Meetings & Decisions: Coordinate meetings and circulate decisions/minutes to stakeholders.
  • Educational Trips: Arrange resources and coordinate school trips within and outside the town.
  • Representation: Attend meetings on matters related to administration and coordination.
