Major Safety Incidents
- General Administration: Run reception/dispatch and records; maintain staff & student files, circulars, notices; maintain admin SOPs aligned with APSACS Sectt.
- Facilities & Estate: Preventive maintenance of classrooms, labs, library, furniture, signage; quick response to utilities/HVAC/generator faults; manage minor civil works and asset register.
- Security & Safety: Implement gate discipline, visitor management, ID/CCTV protocols, incident logs; lead fire/evacuation drills, first-aid readiness, child-safeguarding practices.
- Procurement & Stores: Run RFQs/comparatives, place orders per authority matrix; manage textbooks, uniforms, lab/sports/cleaning stock; conduct periodic audits and GRN/issue/return control.
- Transport: Route & roster planning, driver supervision, vehicle fitness/insurance, fuel logs, GPS/discipline; ensure safety kits and timely parent communication.
- Finance/HR Support: Verify admin bills & petty cash, track admin budgets; keep attendance/duty rosters for support staff; coordinate with fee office for crowd control and notices.
- Academic Support: Examination logistics (seating, invigilation, duplication confidentiality); admissions test days, orientations, events & ceremonies.
- Liaison & Service: Coordinate with APSACS Sectt and local authorities; manage parent/staff complaints with defined SLAs and service logs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain licenses/permits where applicable; monthly KPI dashboard (uptime, SLAs, costs, safety, inventory) to the Principal.
- Daily Routines: Morning readiness walkthrough; task allocation huddle; vendor follow-ups; security/CCTV checks; EOD campus sweep and update to Principal.
